A house energy clearing is remote work on the space itself: a house, an apartment, or a workspace such as an office, shop or salon. I do it from a distance, so you don't need to be home or online while I work. Every space clearing has two stages: first I clear the space, then I fill it with harmonious energy.
A space collects what happens in it: other people's emotions, quarrels, traces of former owners and outside negative influence. People pick up negativity from the world around them, and the rooms they live and work in do the same. Nobody did anything wrong for this to happen. It simply builds up over time.
My principle never changes: clearing → harmonization → attraction. First I take away what is in the way, then I bring the space into balance. That is why the second stage is required, not an extra: a cleared space is filled straight away. The aim is a place where it feels easy to live and work.
I choose the instruments from what I see. Among the eleven Zoroastrian channels, for example, Deen is about protection and clearing a space of foreign influences. A space clearing works on the place, not on the people in it, and never on anyone's will. If the heaviness seems to follow you from one home to the next, it may be personal, and a reading will show where it comes from.

The price covers one space clearing with both stages. I don't sell repeat clearings by default: if I see that the space, or you personally, needs more, I explain why in my feedback and you decide. If one session is enough, I'll tell you so. I don't sell a course to someone who doesn't need one.
Questions
How much does a house energy clearing cost?
A home or apartment is $600, and business premises such as an office, shop or salon are $1,000. Both prices include the two stages, clearing and filling, and written feedback. Payment is arranged in our chat before the work begins.
Do I need to be home or online during the clearing?
No. I work remotely, and you don't need to be there or reachable while I work. You can be at work, out or at home as usual. Distance doesn't change the work.
What do you need from me?
To start, tell me about the space and what you notice there. Before we set a date, I'll tell you in our chat exactly what I need for your particular place. You order the work and give your consent, and I work with the space on your request.
How do I know whether it's the house or me?
Sometimes the heaviness really is in the space, and sometimes it's personal or comes through the family line and follows you from home to home. If you're not sure, start with a first reading, $200 or $140 for new clients: within 48 hours I tell you what I see and where it comes from. The family line is cleared separately, only once every 30 to 40 days.
Other people live with me. Can the home still be cleared?
Yes. A space clearing works with the place, not with the people in it, and I never work on anyone's will. If someone in your household wants personal work, that is their own request, made with their own consent.
How soon will the space feel different?
It varies, and I don't promise timelines. People often describe a home feeling lighter or calmer after a clearing, but experiences differ and nothing is guaranteed.
Does a space clearing replace practical fixes?
No. If there is damp, a draft, a noisy neighbor or a conflict that needs a real conversation or a counselor, deal with that first. A space clearing is a spiritual practice that sits alongside practical care for your home, not instead of it.
