Terms of service and disclaimer

These terms apply to every service offered by Eleonora ("I", "me") under the name Flamekeeper Energy through this website and in private messages: energy readings, clearings, programs, programmed candles and monthly support. By sending a request or paying for a service you confirm that you have read and accept them.

1. Entertainment purposes and age

All services are spiritual practices provided for entertainment purposes only and are available to adults aged 18 and over. I work only with your freely given consent.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing offered here is medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace a licensed professional. I never advise anyone to begin, stop or change any treatment. The word "reading" or "diagnostic" on this site means a spiritual reading with Tarot and a pendulum, not a medical examination.

3. No guarantee of results

No specific outcome is promised or implied. I do not promise income, health, a relationship, or influence over another person's will or decisions. Client reviews describe personal experiences; experiences differ for everyone.

4. Your decisions remain yours

You are solely responsible for your choices, actions and their consequences before, during and after any service. Anything I share is information for you to weigh, not an instruction.

5. How the work is delivered

All work is remote. For a reading I need your name, date of birth and a recent photo. The reading is delivered in writing or by voice message within 48 hours of payment and the photo. Clearings are carried out on the dates we agree in our conversation; I confirm in writing when each stage is done. Minimum intervals apply: at least 3 to 5 days between clearings, 30 to 40 days between family-line clearings, and cosmoenergy courses run 10 days in a row followed by a 10-day break.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars on this website and confirmed in our conversation before you pay. Payment is made in advance through a secure payment link I send you. New-client discounts apply to the first reading only and cannot be combined with other offers.

7. Number of sessions and partial results

How many sessions your situation needs is determined by the reading, not chosen in advance. If the reading shows that a course is needed and you choose a single session, I will carry it out, but its effect will be partial by definition, and you accept that in advance. A single family-line clearing addresses what sits on the surface only.

8. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

A session can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time; if you cancel in time, your payment is returned or carried over to a new date. Once a reading has been delivered or a clearing has been carried out, it is not refundable, because the work has been performed. Monthly support can be cancelled at any time before the next payment; a month already paid for is not refunded. Once a multi-month program has started, the stages already carried out are not refundable.

9. What I do not do

I do not work on another person's will or choices, I do not do work aimed at harming anyone, and I do not work with anyone under 18. I may decline a request at my discretion; if I decline after payment, the payment is returned in full.

10. Release and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Eleonora from any claim, demand, damage or liability arising out of the services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

11. Not an emergency service

This is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in danger or in crisis, call 911, or call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

12. Privacy

How I handle your photo, date of birth and messages is described in the privacy policy.

13. Changes and governing law

I may update these terms; the version in force when you paid applies to that service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
