Privacy policy

What I collect

• What you enter in the chat and forms: your name, how to reach you (phone, messenger username or email), date of birth, the topic and your message, and your consent answers.
• A photo you attach to your request in the chat on this site, and what you send me in private messages for the work.
• Basic technical and marketing data: the page you came from, campaign tags in the link (for example utm parameters), and, if enabled, the Meta Pixel, which helps me understand which ads bring people to the site.

How I use it

Only to reply to you, to carry out the work you ask for, to keep a record of our agreement, and to understand which of my pages and ads are useful. I never sell your data, never publish your photo, date of birth or story, and never use them for anything other than your request.

Who processes it

The website is hosted by Netlify, which receives form submissions, including an attached photo, stores them in my account and forwards them to my email. Payments are processed by the payment provider named in the payment link; I never see or store your card details. If the Meta Pixel is enabled, Meta receives standard browsing events under its own privacy policy.

How long I keep it

Messages and forms are kept while we work together and for up to 2 years afterwards for my records, unless you ask me to delete them sooner. Photos are deleted once the work is finished, unless you ask me to keep them for continued support.

Your choices

You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it at any time: just write to me through the chat on this site or in our conversation. You can block cookies and the Meta Pixel in your browser settings.

Age

This site and my services are for adults 18 and over. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
