House Energy Clearing Cost: What $600 Includes and What It Doesn't
What house energy clearing costs: $600 for a home session, $1,000 for business premises, a $140 first full reading and what each price covers.

A house energy clearing costs $600 for a home and $1,000 for business premises, and every clearing includes a short initial check. A full reading is $200; your first one with me is $140 (30% off). Programmed candles are $150 and are offered only after a clearing or a full reading. Below is what to ask before you pay, so you know exactly what you are buying.
The short answer: what a house clearing costs
| Item | Price (USD) | When it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Home session (includes a short initial check) | $600 | For a home |
| Business premises | $1,000 | For business premises |
| Full reading (Tarot and pendulum), optional | $200; your first one with me is $140 (30% off) | If you are unsure what you need |
| Programmed candles | $150 | Only after a clearing or full reading |
What the $600 home session covers
The $600 home session is one priced session for a home, and it includes a short initial check, the technical step where I decide the likely cause of the block and which channels to use. You can find the service details on the home clearing page. Before you book, ask in writing what the session covers, what you need to send and whether anything else is expected from you. Also ask whether the session is for you personally or for the whole household.
It also helps to write down what has changed in the home or in your household recently, and what you would like to see different. A short note makes our conversation more specific and gives you a clear starting point when you compare practitioners.
Business premises: why that session costs $1,000
The premises price is listed separately from the home price. If you work from a home office, ask which of the two applies to your space before you book, rather than assuming. Being clear about this up front avoids confusion later. The initial check is included either way.
The full reading: when it helps
A full reading uses Tarot and a pendulum. Within 48 hours I say what I see, where it seems to come from and how many sessions you would actually need.
A full reading is $200; your first one with me is $140 (30% off). It helps most when you are not sure what you need.
A reading can end with the answer that a home session is not the right step. That is part of the service, and you are under no obligation to book one.
Programmed candles: when they come in
Programmed candles are $150, and they are offered only after a clearing or a full reading. They are a follow-up step, never a starting point.
If you light candles at home, follow basic safety. Never leave a flame unattended. Keep candles away from curtains, paper and bedding, use a stable holder, and blow them out before you leave the room. Keep them out of reach of children and pets.
A simple home practice needs no candle at all. Sit quietly for five minutes, name one thing you want to let go of, and note it in a notebook you keep for this purpose. No oil, herb or flame is needed.
Optional extras and what is not included
Programmed candles and the full reading are the only extras in the table above. Anything beyond that should be confirmed in writing before you pay. If something is unclear, ask before you send a photo or your date of birth, and keep the answer in writing. Do not assume a service is included unless your written confirmation says so. Energy work is a spiritual practice, not medical, legal or financial advice.
How to compare prices between practitioners
When you compare two or three people, check these points:
- Is the reading charged separately, and is the initial check included in the clearing price?
- What exactly does one session include, and what would be extra?
- Are the prices in US dollars and written down?
- What happens if the reading says no clearing is needed?
- Does the practitioner say plainly that energy work is a spiritual practice that does not replace medical, legal or financial advice?
A very low price with no explanation deserves questions. So does a very high price that comes with pressure to decide quickly. Compare what is included, not the number alone. Ask for the price in writing before you share your photo or date of birth. Also ask about the terms: the first short conversation in messages is free, a session can be rescheduled or cancelled free up to 24 hours before, and work already carried out is not refunded.
FAQ
Is a house clearing the same as a business premises clearing?
No. The prices differ, at $600 and $1,000. Both include a short initial check, and both are priced in US dollars.
Do I need to pay for a reading before a home session?
No. A full reading is optional, so you can book a home session directly, and the clearing includes a short initial check. If you do choose a full reading, it is $200, or $140 for your first one with me.
Can I buy programmed candles without a clearing?
No. Programmed candles are offered after a clearing or a full reading, and I speak over each candle individually for your request. They cost $150.
What should I do after a home session?
I check in on day 3 to 5 and send written feedback. Until then, keep a short note of what you notice, and ask me if anything is unclear.
