What Is Energy Clearing? A Plain-English Guide to Remote Sessions
A plain-English guide to energy clearing: what it is, where it comes from, how a remote session runs and what it does not claim to do, from a practitioner.

Energy clearing is a spiritual practice in which a practitioner works with a person's energy to remove what, according to a reading, does not belong there. In my practice it is the first of three steps: clearing, harmonization, then attraction. The work is remote, starting from a photo, a date of birth and written consent.
What energy clearing means in plain words
Many people use the word energy to describe how a situation, a room or a person feels: heavy, tense, constantly off. A clearing is a structured session that starts from that feeling. If you are not sure what you need, a full reading helps us decide together whether a clearing fits, and which kind.
Nothing about this needs special vocabulary. A session has steps, a beginning and an end. You receive a written account of what I saw, and you decide what to do next.
Where the practice comes from
Across many traditions, people have cleansed a person or a place with water, smoke, salt, fire or prayer. Energy clearing belongs to that wide family of practices, and it is not tied to one tradition. In my own work I draw on the four elements (water, fire, air and earth), 11 Zoroastrian channels, about 23 cosmoenergy channels, Tarot, and the ten Sephirot of the Tree of Life. Each has its own history, and I describe them in general terms. I do not speak for any religion, and I do not claim religious authority.
Two kinds of negativity: sent and ancestral
In my framework there are two kinds of negativity, and they need different work. The first is sent negativity: outside influence such as envy, the evil eye or an unkind word said with intent. The second is ancestral negativity: patterns that repeat through the family line, often without anyone choosing them.
The distinction matters because the format and the timeline differ. A sent influence is handled differently from a pattern that has run for generations. That is why I ask about timing and about the people around the client.
Some simple questions help you think about your own situation:
- Did the heaviness begin after a specific event that involved another person?
- Does a similar difficulty appear again and again across the generations of your family?
- Have you already tried practical steps that did not change the picture?
Clearing, harmonization, attraction: the three steps
My principle is clearing, then harmonization, then attraction. First I remove what is in the way. Then I bring the energy into balance. Only after that do I work on what the person asks for.
The order matters. Working on attraction while something heavy is still in the way is like planting in ground that has not been turned over. It can be done, but the work is harder and the result is harder to read. So I do not skip the first two steps to reach the one people ask about most.
Harmonization is a separate service. It can follow a clearing when the reading suggests that balance is needed.
How a remote clearing works
You can book a clearing directly, without a reading first. A full reading is optional, but I recommend one if you are not sure what you need. A full reading is $200; your first one with me is $140 (30% off). If you choose a reading, you send a clear photo, your date of birth and your written consent. Within 48 hours I say what I see, where it seems to come from (outside negativity, the family line, or both) and how many sessions you would actually need.
If a clearing is needed, I explain the sequence and the pauses between steps before you agree to anything. Every clearing includes a short initial check, so the price covers it. A general clearing is one session at $800, and a deep clearing is two sessions at $1,000. You can see the details on the energy clearing service page.
Rhythm matters in my practice. I leave at least five days between clearings, and I work on family-line patterns only once every 30 to 40 days.
What energy clearing is not
Energy clearing is a spiritual practice, not medical care, and it does not replace a doctor, a therapist, a financial advisor or a lawyer. It is also not a way to influence another person's will. I do not work to bring someone back, I do not offer love spells, and I do not do any work aimed at harming anyone. I do not work with anyone under 18.
People often describe feeling lighter or clearer after a session, and experiences differ.
How to decide whether a clearing makes sense for you
Start with a short written note. Write what has changed, roughly when it began, and which people or places are involved. Then check the practical side honestly. If money keeps disappearing, look at the numbers with an advisor. If a health concern worries you, talk to a doctor.
If you still want spiritual work, a full reading is one sensible option. It gives you information without committing you to a long program. A good practitioner tells you plainly what they see and does not push you toward more sessions. My own rule is simple: "If one session is enough, I'll tell you so. I don't sell a course to someone who doesn't need one."
FAQ
Is energy clearing the same as spiritual cleansing?
They overlap. Spiritual cleansing is a broad term for many practices across traditions, from salt to smoke. An energy clearing, as I practice it, is a structured session that begins with a short initial check, follows a set order and ends with a written account.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Individual sessions can be rescheduled or canceled free up to 24 hours before. Work already carried out is not refunded, so it helps to ask about the format before you book.
What happens after a clearing?
I check in with you on day 3 to 5, and I send written feedback. If something in it is unclear, you can ask me about it.
