What Is Cosmoenergy? A Plain-English Guide to the Practice
A plain-English guide to cosmoenergy: what the channels are, why the work runs as 10-day courses, how a request shapes it, and what the practice is not.

Cosmoenergy is a spiritual practice in which a practitioner opens particular energy channels for a specific request and works with them in set courses. In my practice each channel answers one question, and the work runs as a ten-day course followed by a ten-day break. English sources use the word rarely, so you may also see it written as cosmoenergetics.
What cosmoenergy means, in one plain paragraph
The practice comes from Russian-speaking spiritual circles, where it is usually called космоэнергетика, or cosmoenergetics. A practitioner describes a channel as a focused line of work, tied to one area of life such as a relationship, a home or money. The practice does not have one fixed doctrine. Different teachers use the same word in different ways, so it is worth asking what someone means before you book anything.
Cosmoenergy or cosmoenergetics: the words and why they matter
You will find several spellings: cosmoenergy, cosmo energy and cosmoenergetics. The Russian term is космоэнергетика. Because English-language sources are limited, the same word can mean different things depending on who uses it. Do not confuse the practice with businesses that also use the name Cosmo Energy. That name appears on unrelated companies, so check what a practitioner means when they use it.
What practitioners mean by a cosmoenergy channel
In the way I use the word, a channel is a focused line of work opened for one request. Channels are not general boosters for every part of life. Each one gets a short written request, so the work has a clear target. My system includes about twenty-three cosmoenergy channels, but the reading decides which ones fit a particular question. I do not open channels only because they exist.
Teachers also describe channels in different images. Some speak of paths, others of settings or focus points. The image matters less than the request, so ask what a practitioner means in concrete terms.
How a personal request shapes the work
Every course starts with a question, and the question decides which channels are chosen and what each one is asked to do. I then follow the principle I use for all my work: clearing, harmonization and attraction. Clearing removes what sits in the way. Harmonization brings the situation into balance. Attraction works toward what the person asks for. The order matters, because it is hard to judge what has changed while the path is still blocked.
Vague requests are hard to work with. I ask people to name one area and one question, so the course has a direction.
Why cosmoenergy runs as a 10-day course, then a break
Cosmoenergy is worked in courses: ten days in a row, followed by a ten-day break. The break gives you time to notice what happens in daily life and to rest from the work. I never run courses back to back, because the pause is part of the plan. It helps to plan the break before you start, so that the pause does not fill up with pressure to do more. The ten-day cosmoenergy intensive is priced at $1,500, and you can read about it on the cosmoenergy intensive page.
During a course, many people write one line a day about what they notice. Bringing those lines to the next conversation makes it easier to see what has shifted and what has not.
What cosmoenergy is not
Cosmoenergy is not medicine or therapy, and it does not replace a doctor, a psychologist or a financial advisor. It is also not a shortcut to money, love or any other outcome, and I make no promises about results.
Questions to ask before you join a course
Whatever the practitioner, you are entitled to clear answers before you start. Ask for them in writing if you can:
- What exact request will each channel serve, in plain words?
- How many days does the course run, and what does the break look like?
- How do you decide how many courses are needed, and what would make you say no?
- What should I keep doing in daily life during the course, and what should I avoid?
Written answers are easier to compare than promises made in a conversation. Answers that name the channels, the days and the price are easier to trust than answers that rely on a promised result. Bring one sentence about the change you want in your own life, and that is enough to begin. If something about the course worries you, say so before you start, and expect a clear reply.
When a course may not be needed
Booking a full reading is optional, though I recommend one if you are not sure what to ask for. A full reading is $200; your first one with me is $140 (30% off). Within 48 hours I say what I see, where it seems to come from and how many sessions you would actually need. If a course is not needed, I tell you that too.
FAQ
Can I send my request in writing before I book?
Yes. The first short conversation happens in messages and is free, so you can describe your request there before you decide.
Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
Individual sessions can be rescheduled or canceled free up to 24 hours before. Work already carried out is not refunded, so ask about the format before you agree to a course.
Do I need to change my routine during a course?
Keep daily life steady. Rest, eat regularly and keep your written request clear. Do not take herbs or oils by mouth as part of any practice.
